Steel: 0.4–2.2 mm
Surface plating: Tin (0.005 mm) or Copper (0.008 mm)

DX Type Self Lubricating PAP Bush

DX Type Bushings & Washers are built for dry and marginally lubricated conditions. Each part includes low-carbon steel backing, a sintered bronze layer, and a POM surface. This structure ensures excellent load capacity and wear resistance.

These bushings perform well in intermittent or boundary-lubrication environments. Common uses include vehicle chassis, forming tools, hydraulic systems, and steel machinery. Lead-free variants help meet environmental regulations.
